Acrobatics
I am a long-certified gymnastics coach with experience at numerous NYC facilities, including Chelsea Piers Field House, Aviator Sports Center, and Five Star Sports Academy. Additionally, I have over a decade of experience in Martial Arts Tricking and basic stunt work.
Self-Defense
I am a 4th-generation martial artist specializing in empowering individuals with basic and effective self-defense practices. These include, but are not limited to:
Pad/Bag Work, Footwork Drills, Strength and Cardio Conditioning, and the mental approach to effective self defense.
